A Konect Manager Hot Fix will be released shortly. This is not a mandatory release so can be installed at your convenience.
Issue addressed:
When importing a project KPK, which has a query applied to a dataset, and the dataset contains photos, the photos are not correctly imported – and cannot be taken offline.
To apply the Fix:
1. Shut down Konect Manager
2. Reopen Konect Manager
3. When prompted, download and install the latest Konect Manager update (Version 4.03.315)
4. With the latest Konect Manager installed, remove the existing dataset and re-import the KPK
5. Test that photos are now available
